WayBetter Text Messaging Terms

These terms apply to the WayBetter Text Program, operated by WayBetter, Inc.

Who sends the messages

WayBetter, Inc. operates the numbers and the messaging system for the WayBetter Text Program. Texts come from WayBetter-operated numbers. A text may be signed “[Host] via WayBetter” because the host provides or approves its content. WayBetter sends every message.

Two separate, optional text programs

Host program (marketing). Recurring automated marketing texts from a specific host's coaching program: free warm-up texts; coaching during any 28-day round you join; host tips and updates; invitations to paid rounds; professional news/offers from that host, including the host's books, events, programs or memberships; and WayBetter program and membership offers. These texts may be sent before, during and between rounds. Content comes from WayBetter or the contracted host whose text program you joined. No unrelated third-party, lead-generation, affiliate or sponsor advertising is sent; program messages may identify a sponsor-funded prize or reward. WayBetter does not share or sell mobile numbers or SMS consent to third parties or affiliates for marketing. You are enrolled when you text JOIN to the host's WayBetter number after seeing the full recurring-text disclosure. You can also join by checking the separate, unchecked marketing checkbox on a WayBetter host page, on a friend's free-spot page, on the confirmation screen after purchase, or in the WayBetter app.

Round texts (informational). Recurring automated texts that deliver a 28-day round to someone in it who has not joined the host program, such as a direct buyer or a friend given a free spot: daily program messages, check-ins, acknowledgments, and WayBetter account links. You opt in through a separate, unchecked, optional checkbox on the confirmation screen after purchase, on a friend’s free-spot page, or later in the WayBetter app.

Neither consent is required to make a purchase, take part in a round, or use the app.

Eligibility, frequency, and charges

The WayBetter Text Program is for adults 18 and older. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out and getting help

Reply STOP to a host’s number at any time to stop texts from that number. Reply HELP for help, or email support@waybetter.app. If you later reply START, your carrier-level block may be lifted, but recurring host program texts resume only after a new enrollment as described above.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Changes to these terms

WayBetter may update these terms. The version posted here is the current one.
